When I opened Satin Soles, my vision was for it to be a place where both the sole and soul would come to be rejuvenated. In order to execute my vision, I must take my clients' health and satisfaction very seriously. Therefore, I make the following promise to each Satin Soles client:
As a salon owner, my goals are to provide 100% customer satisfaction and ensure that all services are performed in a clean, safe environment. Please contact me if your services do not meet the standards outlined above.
- Fresh water, soaking bowls, foot baths, and foot bath liners will be used for your service.
- A new set of metal tools that have been sterilized in an autoclave will be used for your service.
- A new file, buffer, and pumice will be used for your service.
- Your technician will wear gloves during your service.
- Fresh drinking water, coffee, and tea will be available to you.
- Your technician will be polite, professional, and accommodating.
- If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your service, please let your technician and/or the manager know so that any problems with your service may be corrected before you leave the salon.
